Menu Ideas for this week include the following... in no particular order:
- Quiche with Asparagus
- Chili with cheese and corn bread
- Chicken casserole with broccoli (maybe in a braid?)
- Grilled Cheese with Tomato Soup
- Breakfast night - pancakes
- Roast BBQ pork with mashed potatoes and vegetable
There is one night he is working and I have my quarterly evening meetings at work so there will be no dinner prepared.
